The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome.

The first time Jacob visited the property he realised there were many light bulbs in the property that had blown from the previous tenants exit and Jacob took it upon himself to quickly drive to the nearest hardware store to buy replacement light bulbs (at Noah’s expense) to ensure the rooms were lit to their full brightness, prior to the appointment of the first viewing arriving, ensuring maximum impact. Needless to say the first person who viewed the property offered a price that we accepted.
