Westbourne Grove is technically just a long road connecting Notting Hill to Westminster with a load of shops, cafes and restaurants along it. But, you know the area, you know it is so much more than that. It has its own atmosphere, its own micro bubble of fun. Some still call it 'up-and-coming' but if you think that then you are probably new to the area. It is well established and the trendy part of town with some even now calling it 'Westbourne Village'.
Shopping in Westbourne Grove is endless, there is all from big department style stores like the Whiteleys and wonderful brands like James Perse, BIMBA Y LOLA, Leon Max and many more. When eating on Westbourne Grove you are spoilt for choice. Farmacy, Granger and Co, Taqueria, Daylesford, Cote Brasserie, 202 are just some of the place you have to choose from.
If you stretch out a little further into Bayswater you will find yourself immersed in some real architectural beauty. There are grand Georgian Squares and Terraces, like Craven Hill Gardens, Westbourne Terrace, and Cleveland Square. With the HS2 coming to Paddington it is an area that we are sure will continue to change. Its wonderful to be a part of it.
